    4. To correct input errors, the browser's "back page" button is to be used as an effective and accessible technical means. An effective technical means of detecting input errors is, for example, the enlargement function in the browser display. Recognizing input errors presupposes that the seller makes sure and checks for himself that what he enters via the keyboard or mouse (eg a bid or pressing a button) corresponds to what he wants. The seller should ask himself whether what is wanted and what was entered match. Otherwise, the seller should cancel the process. In any case, each entry must be checked before pressing "Sell Now".

    7. If the device description given by the seller when the offer was made differs from the actual condition of the device, the Nikon Service Point Dresden will not accept the seller's offer and will inform the seller of this, stating the reasons. The same applies if the device is not received by the Nikon Service Point Dresden within 7 days of the seller submitting the offer. In such cases, the Nikon Service Point Dresden reserves the right to determine a price that corresponds to the condition of the goods using the identical features that were available to the seller on the website and to submit a new purchase offer to the seller. 6. Submission
    1. Submissions must be made within 7 days of submitting the offer to sell via the website. The receipt of the device at the Nikon Service Point Dresden is decisive. Depending on the product, there may be significant price reductions after this period due to changes in market prices, which the Nikon Service Point Dresden cannot influence.
    2. The seller bears the transport risk, ie the risk of loss or other damage to the device during transport, until the item is handed over by the transport company to the Nikon Service Point Dresden.
    3. In particular, it is also mandatory for the seller to provide the serial number of the equipment offered and transported in an insured event to be settled. If, due to the value of the device, the seller wants a higher sum insured when shipping, he must take care of this himself and pay for the additional costs incurred.
    4. The submission can also be made in any other way. The seller bears the costs incurred for this.
    5. If the shipping label provided is used in violation of the contract, the seller is obliged to compensate for the resulting damage. Submissions from outside of Germany are made at the expense of the seller.
