Approx. 3 working days from receipt. If a defect is discovered in a product during the requested maintenance service, we will notify you via email with a cost estimate of any recommended repairs or adjustments.
In this case, we are waiting for your reply as to whether these works should be carried out.
If no repairs are needed, we complete the inspection and return the devices. You will be informed about this with a tracking link.
You can hand in your devices to the shop without an appointment.
After about 4,5 hours, the inspection of your devices is complete. We will inform you by e-mail or, if you wish, by phone call to pick up your devices.
If necessary, after an individual check, we will inform you about recommended repair work by e-mail or when you pick it up at the Nikon Service Point Dresden (only if necessary).
Then decide for yourself which repair measures should be carried out.
