AF area control & AF system
The Nikon Z9 is equipped with an advanced autofocus system, 493-point AF system includes 405 points used for auto-area AF. In addition, the camera is capable of recording up to 20 frames per second, making it Nikon's fastest camera.

The Nikon Z9 is equipped with a brand new image sensor and a super fast processor. This combination makes it possible to record up to 20 frames per second. In addition, the camera can store up to 200 RAW files in a single continuous shot, which greatly speeds up workflows.

In addition, the camera is capable of recording 8K videos, which offers unprecedented quality. 8K video internal
Another highlight of the Nikon Z9 is its video recording function. It allows you to record 8K videos at up to 30 frames per second – or RAW 8,3K films with particularly smooth 60p as well as 4K videos with up to 120 frames per second to record. The camera has a built-in 5-axis image stabilizer, which ensures stable recording even when recording video.
12-bit RAW & Apple ProRes 422HQ in-camera
Expand your options to in-camera 12-bit recording with ProRes RAW HQ (up to 4K/60p) or Nikon's new N-RAW format (up to 8K/60p and 4K/120p).⁶ You can also record with an 8 -Record bit/10-bit depth in-camera with H.265 (HEVC) or 10-bit Apple ProRes 422 HQ.
