From receipt cleaning & return shipping on the same day. Maximum 2 working days.

Hand in your devices in the shop without prior appointment. In approx. 1,5 - 2 hours your devices will be professionally cleaned and ready for collection.

In the case of sensor stains and depending on the degree of soiling, professional wet cleaning is essential.

IMPORTANT: The sensor is extremely sensitive. Follow the instructions carefully to avoid damage to it. Do not apply pressure to the image sensor, press on it with cleaning tools, or direct high-pressure air from a bellows at it. All of this can lead to scratches and other damage to the sensor. Nikon recommends that only Nikon service personnel clean the sensor surface.

For small dirt and dust particles, we recommend using one Bellows with integrated dust protection filter.

What is being done?

Sensors are very sensitive and safe and effective cleaning requires extensive experience and expertise. Sensor cleaning should only be performed to the highest professional standards by fully trained technicians.

- With special cleaning agents, some stubborn dirt can be completely removed from corners and cavities in the mirror or camera interior. 

- Dry cleaning using bellows and an integrated dust protection filter to prevent scratches on the image sensor from larger sand or dust particles during wet cleaning. 

- Determination of the degree of soiling and the positioning of dirt deposits on the image sensor using a sensor magnifying glass.

- With DSLR cameras, the mirror and ground glass are now cleaned. 

- Special wet cleaning process on the image sensor.

- Bayonet cleaning. 

- Check work with sensor magnifier and create reference images.
