AF-S teleconverter TC-14E ​​III for F bayonet lenses

Powerful 1,4x teleconverter. This teleconverter extends the focal length of compatible NIKKOR lenses by 40%. This makes it ideal for sports, reportage and animal photographers who want to get their subjects even closer.

It is very well matched to both zoom lenses and fixed focal lengths and enables excellent, finely resolved images even with an open aperture. The optical design is designed to optimally utilize the imaging performance of the lens and to largely eliminate color errors that could arise in the converter itself. The external lens surfaces are provided with a dirt- and water-repellent, durable fluorine coating and the tube is sealed against the ingress of water drops for professional requirements.

AF-S teleconverter compatibility

The following lenses can be used with the Nikon AF-S teleconverters, some with the specified functional limitations. UNLISTED NIKKOR -Lenses cannot be used with the AF-S teleconverters. The rear elements of not listed NIKKOR - Lenses may touch and damage the teleconverter element and must not be attached. The list includes current lenses as well as lenses that may have been discontinued. Lenses that are no longer manufactured are only shown as a compatibility reference!

autofocus is only available on cameras that offer f/8 support. These include the Z 7, Z 6, D5, D500, D4/D4S, Df, D850, D810/D810A, D800/D800E, D750, D600/D610, D7100, D7200 and D7500. For cameras that do not support f/8, teleconverters without autofocus can be used.

Z Mirrorless Cameras - All AF points work for the Z mount system, even at the maximum effective aperture of f/8 or f/11. However, AF accuracy may decrease and focusing speed may vary depending on the subject and shooting situation.

♦ Autofocus is not available when using the built-in teleconverter of the AF-S NIKKOR 180-400mm f/1E TC4 FL ED VR lens.
