After realizing that I had lost the eyecup of my Z8 by some strange, unfortunate coincidence, I had to find a replacement as quickly as possible. Searched and found at the Service Point Dresden, original part, in stock. Delivery could be faster, I ended up needing my replacement part straight away, but it was completely acceptable that I received my order after 2-3 working days. Suitable for my Z8 - and that is and would be my biggest concern if I had ordered elsewhere. So, everything was done correctly. If I have the pleasure of ordering a replacement again, I would be happy to go to the Service Point Dresden again.
