Please take off the original battery cover and put it on the plate to change battery.
Align the N-shaped mark below when removing the battery cover.

With the SmallRig L-Bracket Mounting Plate Pro for Nikon Z50, you can conveniently record your camera for vlogging or selfie from the front of the camera.

The plate attaches to the bottom side of the camera with a 1/4"-20 screw and features anti-twist flanges to prevent the camera from twisting. The bottom has a slot for attaching the original battery cover, making it easy to change the battery without removing the plate. The memory card slot also remains free.

L angle for Nikon Z50, portrait format, expansion options

With the mounting points on the side and bottom of the L-Bracket, you can mount a tripod for both horizontal and vertical shooting without getting in the way of the tilting screen!

Thanks to the integrated cold shoe mount, you can conveniently attach your microphone or light. The 1/4” holes on the side and bottom allow you to mount a tripod for horizontal and vertical shooting without getting in the way of the foldable monitor!
